  • Minimum of five years of experience in an office environment with progressively increased independent decision-making responsibilities.

  • A high school diploma is required; a related post-secondary diploma or degree is considered an asset.

  • At least one year of leadership experience in an office setting is preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian accounting education system, particularly CPAWSB programs, resources, policies, and Canadian accounting certification requirements.

  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, including professional writing and oral presentation abilities.

  • Adaptability to evolving CPAWSB programs, providing customized learner support with a deep understanding of program offerings.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, empathy, and sound judgment.

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • In-depth understanding of CPAWSB programs and Canadian accounting certification requirements.

  • Ability to work overtime on evenings and weekends, as required.

  • Willingness to travel intermittently across Western Canada, as required.

  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
