Minimum of five years of experience in an office environment with progressively increased independent decision-making responsibilities.
A high school diploma is required; a related post-secondary diploma or degree is considered an asset.
At least one year of leadership experience in an office setting is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian accounting education system, particularly CPAWSB programs, resources, policies, and Canadian accounting certification requirements.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, including professional writing and oral presentation abilities.
Adaptability to evolving CPAWSB programs, providing customized learner support with a deep understanding of program offerings.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, empathy, and sound judgment.
