Include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and lead internal project-related resources (e.g., allocation of staff to the project) with external partners and third parties (e.g., hire and work with contractors on the project, coordinate the involvement of subject-matter-experts, etc.).
  • For Learning Partnerships and Standards initiatives, assist in documenting the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate schedules and set up meetings, including taking detailed notes of the initiative requirements, progress, and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation, communication and collaboration channels of the initiatives.
  • Interact with other individuals and teams to share findings on key work products and ensure connectivity, discuss best practices in findings and reporting.
  • Help track milestones and performance initiatives and assist in adhering to project or program timelines.
  • Prepare updates and other reports, briefings, and presentations as necessary for senior leaders or other identified audiences.
  • Where applicable, ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements on information collected through internal and external collaboration. 
  • Identify and incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion opportunities.
  • Coordinate the approval and payment processes for all contractors involved in Learning Partnerships and Standards initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with the School’s privacy policies and all applicable privacy legislation when carrying out job responsibilities and report known or suspected breaches of privacy.

  • Excellent writing skills (reports, emails, internal, and external communications) and verbal skills (presentations).
  • Ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize and organize work, including the ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and conduct correspondence related to work activities.
  • Ability to build relationships and coordinate with a diverse group of internal colleagues and external partners to achieve objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, administrative and organization skills, with the ability to promptly provide practical recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with learning partners to assist in partnership initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to develop initial analysis, options, evaluation, and recommendation, and present data findings across a diverse group.
  • Ability to work effectively on a virtual team or remotely. A high degree of autonomy is required.
  • Effectively collaborate on cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Exercise mature judgment, diplomacy, and discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated, showing initiative and flexibility.

  • A minimum of two years in a project lead role or related work experience in a business environment.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (business concentration) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
