This post is a follow-up to a previous article When Accountants SHOULDN’T Count. Here, I will discuss some opportunities both within and beyond a case when CPA PEP candidates can and should count. 

There is a lot of misinformation “out there” on the internet, including about CPA PEP. To counter this, I encourage candidates to activate their professional judgment skills, which they have been developing through their CPA education, work experience, and evaluations, and apply these skills to their self-management of CPA. In other words, candidates should vet their sources.
