There are three types of exam contractors:
Supervisors
Exam supervisors ensure exam processes and regulations are followed.
They are also responsible for exam materials and managing a team at their location.
IT Proctor
IT proctors provide technical support to exam writers and document the issues experienced.
They also assist with monitoring writers during exams.
Invigilator
Invigilators monitor groups of writers and assist with any concerns that may arise.
They also ensure that exam processes and regulations are followed.
