Applicant Under an Established MRA/RMA Agreement

If you are an active member in good standing of an international accounting body that has a valid Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) or Reciprocal Membership Agreement (RMA) with CPA Canada and meet the requirements set by your provincial CPA body, you may be eligible to obtain the Canadian CPA designation through an MRA/RMA pathway.

MRA/RMA pathway applicants must apply through provincial CPA bodies, not with CPAWSB.

Important

You do not need to create a My CPA Profile, request a CPAWSB transcript assessment or apply to CPA PEP through CPAWSB.

Instead, you must apply directly through the CPA provincial body responsible for the province or territory where you reside.
