This webinar will discuss the seven new
CPA enabling competencies and how CPA PEP and PSIs teach and evaluate students on these competencies.
- Our keynote speaker, Susan Wolcott, the creator of The CPA Way model, and author of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) faculty guide – How to Help Your Students Become Better Critical Thinkers, will be sharing her insights on the importance of enabling competencies and how to encourage and support student development in these skills.
- We will have a speaker from CPA Canada who will describe how the seven new enabling skills are taught and tested in CPA PEP and the CFE.
- We will also have representatives from two PSIs who will discuss how they incorporated the enabling skills into their curriculum.
