• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans, including budgets, aligned with organizational priorities.

• Promote excellence in education through continuous improvement and research. 

• Implement and manage educational technologies that support efficient program delivery and learner success. 

• Select and oversee technology vendors and stay ahead of emerging tools and trends. 

• Conduct annual reviews of personal information practices and ensure compliance with privacy policies.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities. 

• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills. 

• Deep understanding of curriculum design, CPA certification, and competency-based education. 

• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. 

• Skilled in business writing, presentations, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
