24 months of duration recognized and 4 Level 1 proficiencies and 1 Level 2 proficiency in the technical competencies. You have one year remaining to complete the practical experience requirements. Work with your supervisor to determine what duties can be assigned that would allow you to satisfy outstanding competency requirements within the next 12 months.

30 months of duration recognized, but only 3 Level 1 proficiencies in the technical competencies. Regardless of the time remaining for PER completion, you will need to work with your supervisor to expand your duties or consider seeking a new position as you do not appear to be progressing appropriately in your technical competency development.

You have not begun reporting practical experience and have 3 years remaining to complete the practical experience requirements. Although PER completion requires a minimum of 30 months of recognized duration, this is the minimum required duration, and it is not uncommon for candidates to require more than 30 months to achieve exit level competencies.  Report your experience up to the current date and have this experience reviewed by the profession to obtain feedback on gaps in reporting and competency development.
