What the Successful Candidates Will Bring
Include but are not limited to:
- Support Project Managers by coordinating internal resources and external vendors
- Assist with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and activities to support timely execution
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; escalate risks or issues as required
- Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation using project management tools
- Support change management by documenting scope, schedule, or cost changes
- Serve as a point of contact for project communications, ensuring alignment and information flow
- Assist with meeting logistics, materials, and documentation
- Support risk identification, tracking, and mitigation planning
- Capture and document requirements through engagement with internal clients
- Prepare materials for project updates, presentations, and meetings
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to project teams
- Ensure privacy requirements and information management practices are integrated into project activities in alignment with organizational policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Include but are not limited to:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Administration, Project Management, or a related role
- Foundational understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and life cycles
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Comfortable maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Openness to using AI-enabled tools to support work
- Ability to travel to organizational offices as required
