What the Successful Candidates Will Bring

Include but are not limited to:

  • Support Project Managers by coordinating internal resources and external vendors 
  • Assist with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders 
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and activities to support timely execution 
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; escalate risks or issues as required 
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation using project management tools 
  • Support change management by documenting scope, schedule, or cost changes 
  • Serve as a point of contact for project communications, ensuring alignment and information flow 
  • Assist with meeting logistics, materials, and documentation 
  • Support risk identification, tracking, and mitigation planning 
  • Capture and document requirements through engagement with internal clients 
  • Prepare materials for project updates, presentations, and meetings 
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to project teams 
  • Ensure privacy requirements and information management practices are integrated into project activities in alignment with organizational policies 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Include but are not limited to:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited institution 
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) is preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Administration, Project Management, or a related role
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and life cycles 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment 
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships 
  • Comfortable maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information 
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate issues 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) 
  • Openness to using AI-enabled tools to support work 
  • Ability to travel to organizational offices as required
