  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. 
  • CPA designation.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • 5 to 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or related fields. 
  • Experience in education, exam development, exam marking or exam preparation.
  • Working knowledge of exam content development methodologies, marking processes, and standard setting approaches (e.g., Angoff, Bookmark, Hofstee). 
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple partners, committees, or vendor relationships. 
  • Exposure to multiple choice question development principles and case based assessment design and marking frameworks.
  • Understanding of assessment principles, exam development methodologies, and quality assurance practices. 
  • Ability to manage operational projects with multiple parties and deadlines. 
  • Comfort working with data, psychometric concepts, and evidence supporting exam defensibility. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to fairness, accessibility, equity, and candidate centred assessment practices. 
  • Comfort working with modern digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and Artificial Intelligence enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
