  • Review learner and applicant files to reassess eligibility based on updated CPAWSB admission requirements.
  • Evaluate academic transcripts and supporting documentation to determine prerequisite completion and program readiness.
  • Apply established policies, criteria, and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent assessment decisions.
  • Maintain and update learner records, ensuring reassessment outcomes are properly documented.
  • Identify complex or unclear cases and escalate them to the appropriate team members for further review.
  • Support the tracking of reassessment activities and assist in maintaining progress reports.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and maintained in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Handle sensitive learner information in compliance with CPAWSB privacy policies and applicable legislation, including reporting any known or suspected privacy breaches.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.
  • Experience working in a business office environment is preferred.
  • Completion of a high school diploma, completion of, or enrolled in, post-secondary education, preferably in business, education, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret criteria and apply guidelines consistently. 
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Effective communication skills and ability to seek clarification when needed. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and sound judgement. 
  • Effectively contributes to a team environment by gathering and sharing information to support the team’s work. 
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
