- Review learner and applicant files to reassess eligibility based on updated CPAWSB admission requirements.
- Evaluate academic transcripts and supporting documentation to determine prerequisite completion and program readiness.
- Apply established policies, criteria, and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent assessment decisions.
- Maintain and update learner records, ensuring reassessment outcomes are properly documented.
- Identify complex or unclear cases and escalate them to the appropriate team members for further review.
- Support the tracking of reassessment activities and assist in maintaining progress reports.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and maintained in accordance with internal procedures.
- Handle sensitive learner information in compliance with CPAWSB privacy policies and applicable legislation, including reporting any known or suspected privacy breaches.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.
- Experience working in a business office environment is preferred.
- Completion of a high school diploma, completion of, or enrolled in, post-secondary education, preferably in business, education, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret criteria and apply guidelines consistently.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills and ability to seek clarification when needed.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and sound judgement.
