- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information in a high-stakes environment.
- Knowledge of examination development, marking processes, candidate results reporting, or credentialing programs is considered an asset.
- Understanding of technologies used to support examination administration and reporting is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in a high-stakes assessment environment.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Comfort working with data, psychometric concepts, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
